DELTARUNE Fight Versus Tier List

Versus is a different sport from Dojo stacking. You cannot hide behind three Jevils and call it PvP. You need two or more players in a party, then VERSUS on the Party menu — full start guide on how to PvP. This list ranks roles and names for that button, September 2026.

If you want sandbox PvE ranks, use the character tier list instead.

S tier

Susie (burst). Timed Rude Buster is the Versus win condition. Numbers already in the wild: about 62 on a good MAGIC, about 32 on two follow-up hits, and a Ralsei under 94% can vanish on turn two if TP was farmed on turn one. If your party has no Susie and no equal MAGIC, you are playing defense until you lose.

A human who can time FIGHT. This sounds cute. It is the real S-tier. A missed bar makes every name on this page look average. Practice in the Dojo with how to fight.

A tier

Kris. Lead, ACT, not a dumpster. You want someone who can spend a turn without throwing the duel. Kris is that someone.

Noelle. IceShock as a second MAGIC if Susie already spent the bar, or as a chip tool. She is not a healer. Do not ask her to be Ralsei.

Ralsei (played correctly). DEFEND turn one, heal when the box was ugly, never sit at 90% HP in front of a known burst. Played badly he is free ELO for the other Susie. Played well he is A because long duels still exist.

B tier

Default Fun Gang with sloppy timing. The four starter names are enough to duel. They drop to B when nobody DEFENDs. That is a habit rank, not a sprite rank.

Berdly / Aqua. Flex extras. They do not beat a disciplined Fun Gang core.

C tier

Roaring Knight. Name is terrifying. Players already said the encounter is nerfed a lot on the current build. Picking Knight because of official chapter trauma is how you lose a Roblox duel. Lab in Dojo first. If a revert ships, this row moves — patch notes.

Werewire. Body without a Versus plan.

D tier

Pure joke stacks. Four identical chaos allies, no heal, no DEFEND. Funny clip, free loss.

Pink: unranked until Saturday fights are common. Do not ban her in your head yet. See Saturday Pink.

Versus team templates

Standard: Kris, Susie, Ralsei, Noelle. One lead, one burst, one heal, one chip. This is also the Fun Gang page in team form.

Burst-heavy: Kris, Susie, Noelle, Ralsei still in the fourth slot. If you cut the healer to add a boss, you are gambling that the duel ends before the box gets long.

Anti-burst: Kris, Ralsei, Ralsei-like extra if you have one, Susie. Two DEFEND habits plus one nuke. Slow, stable, wins against people who only learned Rude Buster.

Ban-list thinking (even without bans)

There is no ranked ban phase. Mentally ban:

• Your own habit of FIGHTing on empty TP.
• Leaving Ralsei visible at 90%.
• Importing a PvE Jevil stack.
• Blaming ping for a pattern you could have DEFENDed.

After a loss

Change one thing. If the healer died first, you needed DEFEND, not a new roster. If you never cast MAGIC, you needed TP, not Pink. If you could not move, you needed controls, not a tier argument. Re-run the same template from the party planner before you invent a new meta.
