DELTARUNE Fight How to Add Characters
Use Add Character without turning a Dojo night into a twelve-slot circus.
The Party menu is the real unlock screen in DELTARUNE Fight. Public UI has shown a counter like 4/12, the Fun Gang already filled, and an Add Character row underneath. That is how Jevil, the Roaring Knight, Werewire, Aqua, and Berdly showed up in Fun Gang+ footage. It is also how people brick Versus. This page is the click path. Roles live on Fun Gang and bosses. Loadouts live on the party planner.
There is still no Robux character shop. Uploaders were told wins drop money that will later buy names. Until that ships, treat Add Character as a free sandbox lab. See Dark Dollars.
Where the button is
- Confirm keys work — Z/K, X/L, C/M — controls.
- Open C or M, then Party. Do not hunt a Castle Town NPC named Recruitment.
- Read the counter. Four filled slots is the intended fight. Extra slots up to twelve are the lab.
- Use Add Character. Pick one extra.
- Enter the Dojo. Do not press VERSUS yet.

The one-extra rule
Add one name per session until you can time FIGHT. Three Jevils is a clip. A clip is not a lesson. Keep:
- one lead (Kris)
- one burst (Susie)
- one heal (Ralsei)
- one flex (Noelle, then the extra)
If you drop the heal to add the Knight, you are racing the box. That is allowed. It is also how how to beat Jevil wipes start.
Versus is not Add Character

PC sliders versus the list
Some PC clients can edit stats after a name is in the party. That is not an unlock. Mobile often cannot open that panel at all. If your friend on a phone has default HP, your ATK 999 Kris is a different game. Build for default numbers, then lab sliders alone.
After the shop exists
When Dark Dollars actually buy a row, this page will add prices. Until then, every name you can click is a name you can test tonight. Bookmark patch notes and Saturday Pink for roster drops, not comment-section loadstrings.

That is the whole unlock loop. The rest is taste, and taste belongs on the character tier list.
Mis-taps that look like unlocks
On a laptop trackpad, a double-click on Add Character can add two extras before you notice. Check the counter after every click. On mobile, the row sits under your thumb — mobile. If you added Werewire by accident, remove it before the Dojo door, or you will learn the wrong HP bar.
